The key aspect to your background will be sales experience within the corporate travel industry so that you have an understanding of the needs and requirements of business travel clients.
Being an experienced Business Development Manager you’ll be able to manage the full lifecycle of the sale from prospecting to close and after sales care and account management. You’ll have laser sharp focus at spotting and going after new opportunities and developing business winning strategies. You’ll have experience with RFP process and you’ll have a solid track record of building an outbound sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, mailshots etc. Whatever works for you within the shared values of the business.
This opportunity would suit someone local to Tunbridge Wells, although the office is within walking distance of train and bus services, some client travel is necessary and so living locally with your own transport would be beneficial.
The basic salary is competitive depending on your current level of experience and there is a generous commission structure.
