You’re probably familiar with how this works.  You enlist our help and we get to work for you finding the best available person for your job vacancy.

We use all of our experience and resources to narrow down the field and select a shortlist for you to interview and hire from.  Once you make an offer to a candidate, we deliver that offer and, if necessary, negotiate to reach an acceptance.  Once agreed we help you establish a start date for the successful candidate and then on the day they start with you, we invoice you for our fee which will be based on their starting salary.

Our standard fees for ‘The Traditional One’ are as follows;

There is a rebate period following the candidates first day and the payment terms of the invoice are 30 days.
